TASKS AND RESPOIBILITIES主要工作内容:
?Manages and leads negotiatio with major local (A) accounts with potential larger than EUR 4 million, finds new ways to support custome' travel processes and increase share of wallet
?Ow and develops the associated Account Development Pla, euring maximum H buy-in across regio and senior management
?Acquires new major local (A) accounts based on leads (typically provided by central steering) and eures new custome go live and begin booking (respoible from lead to implementation)
?Helps to roll out international custome in his/her country and assumes role of key contact for international accounts from other countries
?Identifies additional local leads and evaluates them together with central steering
?Works together with Account Support Management to provide support to his/her custome, is the key contact for custome and fully respoible for them
?Has a good knowledge of the business travel industry (its playe, their business strategies, business models & USPs, incentive flows). Is a good problem solver and able to discuss matte with senior employees of custome at eye level. Can build long lasting relatiohips with key decision make.
?Maintai a high level of current knowledge of the product portfolio and the benefits for custome as well as of other relevant information (e.g., trends, strategy, competito, pricing)
?Demotrates good project management skills, as hehe needs to coordinate not only stakeholde across different countries, but also H experts on topics such as payment, sourcing or MICE solutio
?Leverages local partnehips teams to remove TMC resistance

?HIGH technical skills: knowledge of the H products, B2B travel industry and comp set, able to explain USPs of H
?HIGH analytical competence: finds useful facts, able to analyze complex data and to draw relevant conclusio
?HIGH goal orientation and decision-making competence: finds new/best-possible solutio, keeps economic impact in mind, shows good argumentation in negotiatio and competence in advanced presenting techniques
?HIGH motivation and ability to cope with pressure: shows high level of self-motivation, keeps performing when working under pressure
?HIGH emotional empathy: actively liste and uses question techniques, recognizes needs of conveation partne and adapts his communication, is experienced in working in an international environment and with virtual teams

?Hotel industry, IT solutio industry will be highly preferred.
