职位描述：

1.Core team member of a project during project launch phase.

2.Create and maintain PPAP packages - control pla, AAR, PSW, etc.

3.Customer liaison for plant visits, customer issues and corrective actio.

4.Manage customer complai, as the window of feedback to customer, necessary con-call with US customer at US time, or support domestic or oveea business trip if need.

5.Support plant continuous improvement / scrap reduction projects.

6.Maintain ipection itructio and coach traineipecto.

7.Respoible for development, application and maintenance of quality standards for processes, materials and products.

8.Authorized to stop line when abnormal quality split occu.

9.Comply with EHS system’s requirements.

岗位要求：

1.Bachelor degree, preferably in an engineering technology field.

2.At least 8 yea quality experience in factory, preferably in automotive quality.

3.Familiar with automotive tools, e.g. APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, MSA, etc.

4.Good problem solving skills and good leadehip during problem solving.

5.Good computer skills-Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.

6.Excellent oral and written communicatio skills especially for customer interaction.

7.Fluent oral and written Japanese.

8.Basically communication in English.
