Our Management Trainee Program is designed to nurture and develop future leade in business management and professional functio to support us in driving greater business success and providing the best service for our custome.

About the Program:

S.F. Express International Business Unit Management Trainee Program is a 1-year development program that provides a compreheive view of our business operatio, business models and organizational structure. In order for you to gain hands-on and practical industry experience, you will undertake several missio that will enable you to discover our various fields of expertise such as Operatio, Sales & Marketing, Product, Customer Service, Human Resource, General Affai and you will rotate between different roles including frontline operatio at service statio and distributio hubs. In addition, you will learn about our culture and management philosophy through training.

Apart from technical know-how, the program will also develop and strengthen your ability to analyze, prioritize and act on goals from a strategic leadehip pepective with the support of assigned superviso, mento and the Human Resources Department.

Upon Completion of the Program:

You will be placed in a position under one of our business functio either in the International Business Unit Headquarte base in Shenzhen. Your performance, work behavior, professional knowledge, competencies, career aspiratio and the requirements of the company cotitute the deciding facto for what role you will be assigned to.

任职资格:

1. Univeity graduates in all disciplines; degree in logistics, supply chain management, Marketing or industrial engineering preferred but not essential.

2. Chinese，age under 28 yea old (regardless of the work experience).

3. Demotrate leadehip and management potential.

4. Effective communication and interpeonal skills.

5. Good presentation and analytical skills.

6. Eager to learn and a fast learner.

7. Proactive and value adding in approach to work.

8. Highly committed, hardworking and self-disciplined.

9. Excellent command of both spoken & written English.
