Requirement,

1、Bachelor or above, industrial engineering, mechanical or the relevant education background.

2、Good written and spoken English, CET-4 or above.

3、Excellent skills in communication and corporation.

4、Excellent computer skills, such as Microsoft excel, word, Power point, etc.

5、Already got at least 2 kinds Basic Training Coue （WB, YB, AC, SIPOC, TM, Auditor）.

6、Open mind and strong change will.

7、At least 4 yea experiences in lean production or industrial engineering related or equivalent.

8、Demotrated experience in driving CoE or QCC initiatives.

Respoibility,

1、Facilitator for improvement change by setting the improvement framework & Standards and providing/coulting the facilitating tool/methodology during

CoE WC Blue/BronzeilveGold phase and QCC.

2、Auditor by executing Preliminary Review, Audit Preparation and Accreditation Audit for CoE WC Blue/Bronze.

3、Training Coue Itructor by getting external coue, customizing coue and executing internal for Basic Training Coue （WB, YB, AC, SIPOC, TM, Auditor）.

4、The communication, control and discipline of staff under his/her charge to eure that work is in accordance with company procedures and safety

regulatio.

5、Assigning work tasks to staff under his/her control and to eure that the work done is in accordance with relevant itructio & standard.

6、Protection of the company image by euring respect for custome’ peonnel & properties, good housekeeping & proper attire.

7、Providing guidance to staff under his/her charge and resolving problems encountered during work.
