Role:
?Manage, coordinate and prioritize daily activities and resources in Customer project & Support, China
?Develop Customer Project & Support China to work standalone with Chinese custome
?Eure that the daily activities support the company’s strategy and goals.
?Coordinate with the Technical KAM or directly with the custome to eure Project goals, Scope, Schedule, milestones and deliverables etc. meets customer requirements.
?Identify and manage resource requirements, skillset, training, quality, reviews, documentation and meetings to eure effective project execution.
?Improve Customer relatiohip and satisfaction by timely and accurate respoes to custome inquiries
?Proactively offer ideas and iights to custome with the purpose of increasing the SOW(Share of Wallet)
?Proactively and on regular basic communicate with custome key peo.
?Proactively eure high quality in our deliveries.
?Facilitate cross-organizational cooperation that continuously contributes to resources and competences being optimally utilized
?Proactively initiates activities to continues educate the technical skills of our custome and internal staff.
?Participate and coordinate with QA any NCR or customer issue to eure finalization and proactively handling.
Respoibilities:
?Eure proactively project and resource planning update.
?Eure that all Customer Project & Support resources follow the ISO9001 processes.
?Coordinate commercial terms for customer request with the respoible Sales KAM
?Elaborate KPI’s for Customer Project & Support China.
?Report weekly progress and status in projects, NCR and KPI’s to Leading Global Project Manager DK.
?Visit MT A+ custome key peon on regular basic, minimum once per months
?Proactively communicate with MT A+ custome key peo once per week.
?Elaborate MOM’s of all visits and communication with MT custome.
?Visit and participate few days, 6 times per year, in oite commissioning to undetand work tasks, customer requirements, conditio and enhance relatiohip with site manager
?Coordinate NCR’s and Issues on a daily basic with the quality department
?Obliged to learn and achieve needed knowledges and skills within MT Products and Concepts to support our custome.
?Keep approved budgets
Mandate:
?Setting the Key Success indicato that creates value for MT and our custome.
?Extra project cost more than 5.000 RMB must be approved by Global Leading Project Manager
?Approval and rejection of project changes
?Sign off for Customer Project Finalization
?Lead recruitments and dismissals in co-operation with Leading Global Project Manager, HR and GM, Ningbo
?Authority to stop Customer Project tasks, projects or use of resources if there are significant deviatio in the project, commercial and contractual terms. Global Leading Project manager must be informed immediately.
?Authority to stop Customer Project tasks, projects or products that do not meet Mita-Teknik’s quality requirements, in coultation with General Manager, Ningbo
?At any time, change priorities that benefit MT strategy and custome satisfaction.
Competences:
?Formal education and/or experience within electronics, electro technology or computer science as engineer
?Formal education in project management.
?Minimum 5 yea of experience as manager for an engineer team (2-5 yea)
?Minimum 5 yea of experience with customer handling and relatiohip. (2-5 yea)
?Advanced technical skills advanced is a wish but as minimum 2 yea
?Advanced project management skills advanced is a wish but as minimum 2 yea
?Advanced organizational and resource skills
?Solid communication skills, both in verbal and written English and Chinese
?Solid undetanding of commercial and contractual terms. Solid is a wish but needs to have some idea about what and how to read and handle these things
?Experience with international business culture
Expected travel days:
120 Can be agreed upon – but there will be some travel
