职位描述:
Key respoibilities and accountabilities:
- Provide daily administrative support to Director;
- Schedule appointments and arrange meetings, conferences, events and follow up, including PPT prepareation, meeting information collsolidate, meeting minutes and follow up each action pla as requirement;
- Provide tralatiointerpretation support;
- Coordinate with various departments and parties, keep the Director informed and follow up on all assignments in a timely, effective and efficient manner;
- Businesss reports or relative information preparation;
- Other assignments required by Director;
Qualificatio:
- With more than 2 yea department director assistant experience, have working experiences in foreign companies;
- Excellent outreach, communication and coordination ability;
- High level of organizational skill; excellent attention to detail; the ability to work closely and inteely with the team membe;
- Open minded, passionate and willing to provide assistant;
- Excellent skills in Microsoft Office: Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint;
- Excellent communication skills in English and Mandarin (oral and written);
- College’s degree or above.
