?Expees approval: refer to the finance policy
?Staff recruitment: DSM usually initiates the recruitment of MR
?Business travel: DSM has the right to approve M’ business travels within the district
?Performance evaluation: DSM has the right to evaluate M’ performance
?Incentives & rewards: DSM has the right to recommend the MR candidates
?The other refer to Annual performance target setting
Education : Bachelor degree or above in medical or related medicine science
Languages: Fluent Mandarin and local dialect
Experience:
?3+ yea sales experience within pharmaceutical industry, while 1+ yea in sales management position
?Good leadehip skills to direct a team of Medical Representatives
?Well-developed planning and resource allocation skills
?Strong communication and negotiation skills
?Refer to sales performance in recent two yea, and MAT should be over 100% during the past 4 quarte
?Internal management experience preferred, Mini OTR or SS preferred, good team work, written approval from District Manager & Regional Manager
