职位描述:
Job Purpose (State in a nutshell the overall objective of the role)
Assist HR team to systemize all HR processes as well as reports
Provide operational and administrative support to HRBP and eures that data in system is accurate
Major Accountabilities (Describe the main results of the role to be achieved )
Staffing Admin
?Prepare and send offer to candidates timely.
?Initiate background verification with 3rd party vender.
?Input candidates peonal data in related system, e.g. BrassRing, e-approval correctly.
?Collect P-file for candidates and verify the documentation when candidate actual onboard.
?Confirm the actual on-boarding or handling no show and reject offer cases, initiate proper pro-cess.
?Deliver P-file to HR Operatio in a timely manner
?Complete headhunter expees payment if any
?Compliance with applicable policies, procedures and other regulatio.
Communicatio
?Support relevant programs logistics, e.g. CPD, GCC, Be Healthy
?Draft communication letter for program launch and summary
Background (State the required education, experience level, and competency profile)
Education :Bachelor degree with major in HR or relevant discipline
Experience:At least 1 year working experience in HR field with MNC is a plus
Languages: Good in both oral and written English
