We are looking for an employee relatiohip specialist to manage and optimize our huma resource process, assist C-suite to build up a more positive and professional work environment. What's the role?
1.Respoible for gathering, analysis, establishing and managing HR process requirements, keep optimizing daily HR process.
2.Respoible for handling on board, probation, traferring and resignation process.Respoible for the management labor contracts.
3.Respoible for maintaining employee info. data in internal talent management and Kingdee system and upload employee electronic files in time.
4.Respoible for planning, organize and implement activities.
5.Other ad-hoc task when required
任职要求:
1.Above Bachelor degree, major in business management and human resource management will be a plus
2.Above 2 yea ER related experience, have foreign-owned or international enterprise work background is definitely an advantage;
3.Familiar with HR process, good at balance the benefit between employee and company
4.Fluent English. Must be able to work in an English speaking environment
