Description:
This position’s primary respoibility is to direct the development of the organization. You will work very closely with CEO to plan and solve complex people issues in an environment that is always changing.
We are looking for a Human Resources Manager that has experience with technology/internet/media/FCG related organizatio. This is not a position for the faint-hearted.
This position requires knowing when to be hard and when to be soft.
Work with CEO and leadehip team to establish organization structure, job evaluatiograding, compeation structure & human capital costing.
Lead HR projects to advance company strategy and core values
Increase HR efficiency by creating traparent, rule-based and policy driven culture
Promote core values
Requirments:
Bachelor’s degree in economics, psychology, HR or related discipline
Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) highly prefered
7+ yea of experience in Human Resources
Minimum 3 yea tenure at a single company, living through the changes from early to growth to mature
Knowledge of Recruitment and Organization Behavior & Management
English proficiency
Mature, Analytical, Proactive, Business Minded, High EQ, Confident
