职位描述:
某跨国大型供应链公司,招聘如下职位。
Title:Infrastructure Service (Assistant Manager)
Report to: Manager
Duties:
- Service Planning and Improvement:
- Leading the planning and operation of service, and the creation and measure of service levels;
- Leading regular operational performance review meetings with the business/internal IT partner to feedback on performance and discuss continuous improvement opportunity.
Requirements:
- Graduate with Engineering Degree and equivalent work experience required.
- Should have 7+ yea of strong experience in IT Service Delivery Management, familiar with Incident Management, Problem Management
- ITIL Foundation Certificate is a must.
- The candidate should have minimum of 3+ yea of exteive project management experience.
- Experienced in ticket trend categories analysis.
- Strong interpeonal communication and coordination skill, be able to work with multiple remote function teams.
- Good Cantonese and English communication skill.
- Working experience in multi- international company is an advantage
