Title: HR Officer
Report to: Regional C&B Manager
Principal Accountabilities:
EHS & Compliance
?To eure the EHS standard are implemented in all daily activities and operation processes and participate in EHS programs actively.
?Eure 100% in SOX and compliance in the HR services including payroll, HRIS, IIT etc.
HRIS and C&B related projects
?As HR Analyst role, maintain Workday including data input and database administration.
?Participate in regional or cross-country/ projects (Workday phase I and II, HRplus V10) to eure compliance and coistency across the divisio.
HR operatio
?Implement company compeation and benefits policies and provide daily coulting services to the associates.
?To supervise the HR Assistant on payroll, IIT, registratio and benefits implementation with high accuracy to eure on time and quality delivery and compliance with company policies and local regulatio.
?Review contracts with service provide (FESCO, Xinxing, PICC, Changjiang, Cityray, Generali China etc.) on regular basis to eure appropriate service level are maintained. Mediate between benefits provide and employees, such as by assisting in handling employees' benefits-related questio or taking suggestio.
?Administrate HR database e.g. HR folder under platform, HR shared folde etc.
Expatriation assignment administration
?Support all expatriation administration work in terms of housing, school registration, visas/working permits etc.
?Handle assignment related payments and expees e.g. rental, tuition, language training, traportation claim, medical expee etc.
?Maintain and update the monthly expatriation report.
?Coordinate and manage third party vendo and the delivery of their services to eure the service provide deliver quality assistance/advice on a timely basis.
?Support on annual tax filing for expatriates.
Team management
?To manage the performance and development of the HR Assistant
Knowledge / Experience / Skills Needed
-Bachelor degree
-3 or 4 yea C&B operatio work experience in MNC
-Fluent in English and good MS Office skills
