Role:

？Daily and IRL (in real life = immediate and continuous) accounting of all business traactio of Mita-Teknik (Ningbo) Co. Ltd in both Danish and Chinese ERP system (Axapta and Kingdee).

？Monthly reporting details and key economic figures to Controlling in HQ and Management in Ningbo after logical checking.

？Elaborate statistics or special economic overviews upon request

？Contact Audit Company for timely delivery of audited financial reports according to DK audit and Group controlling manager requirements, logical checking audit report.

？Monthly checking and following up on prepayments, open orde, open invoices (accounts receivables and account payables), VAT invoices

？Timely submit correct and real life data for corporate income tax payments、ＶＡＴ　report or all other reports to government

？Other accounting tasks from finance controller

Respoibilities:

？Correct and legal according to CN laws: all daily traaction both in Axapta and Kingdee; Finance report

？Timely: daily traaction in Axapta and Kingdee, Finance report to management and tax office

Mandate:

？Refuse traactio violating CN laws, company regulatio or finance itructio

？Set payments into bank for approval by GM

？Report to GM any suspected or evidence of unauthorized, illegal or unusual financial activity / traaction iide or outside of the company affecting the company business

Competences:

？College degree or above, major in finance

？Accomplish finance report and tax report independently

？Import and Export accounting management

？Experience in annual corporate income tax filing and annual ipection

？Good PC user

？English communication skills, both oral and written. Able to register data in English language ERP system

Individual:

？Correct and timely document handling

？Working under stressed situatio with a smile and flexibility

Department:

？Correct ERP book keeping

？Timely to deliver audited and non-audited accounting material in top quality for Mita Group accounting according to Group FM / controller and HQ auditing company requirements

？Satisfactory support to sales- and technical department
