REPORTS TO: Maintenance&Engineering Manager

FUNCTIODEPARTMENT: Maintenance & Engineering

GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPOIBILITIES:

WorkScope:

1.Production process support including changeover and process continuous improvement

2.Tooing and fixture design and continuous tooling quality/life /cost improvement

3.Process and/or machine capacity study and continuous improvement(Cpk study)

4.OAE study and continuous improvement

5.Training related to safety/process/operatioproduct/quality/equipment operation

6.New products/process/project launch

7.TS documentation management and update timely,give support to external& internal audit

8.Productivity project implement

9.Equitment mechanical spare preparation and continuous quality/life/cost improvement

10.Time and Motion study

11.Plant and process layout

12.Workload balancing and manning study

Mandatory

1.Bachelor degree or above majored in mechanical design or related

2.Good CAD skill,at lesst 5 year work experience on mechanical/tooling/fixture design

3.Familiar with TS16949 tools(SPC,MSA,FMEA,APQP,PPAP)

4.Lean production basic concept

5.Good english skills both in written and spoken

6.Good team spirit and psychologial endurance capacity

7.Very good PPT skills and expression ability

8.Ready to travel and communicate with customer

3.Good logical thinking capacity and independent problem-solving ability
