Major Duties：

1.Advanced planning for manufacturing technologies to meet/exceed customer expectatio.

2.Advanced process planning (machine, tooling, manning, layout) for new program launch

3.Advanced capacity planning to meet customer demands

4.Take lead in productivity improvement, including machine/process improvement, cell/plant layout improvement

5.Yearly Capex planning and Capex project executio.

Side Duties：

1.Fast respoe to quality issues, like scraps and customer complaints, assist Quality enginee in FMtips (8D) resolutio.

2.Preventive maintenance for production equipment and supporting facilities

3.Fast respoe to issues raised in production lines

4.New program launch, old program phase out and engineering changes

5.This job requires flexible working hou, including night shifts and weekends and holidays, to eure quick problem resolutio

Qualification Highlights :
