□制定检测作业指导书和技术核查方法Prepare work itructio and verification methods。

□负责公司内检测设备和量检具的委外校准和检定Be respoible for test machine calibration and verification。

□根据现有生产工艺开发检测方法和测量系统检具，分析解决现有检测过程中的问题Design and develop measuring system & jig, analysis to solve the existing problems in the process of ipection.

□根据实验计划安排实施产品设计验证、生产验证试验，定期、年度试验，外部委托试验Implementation of design verification and production validation tests, regular, annual test。

□实施检测设备维护保养工作，设计、验收试验用工装夹具Maintenance testing equipment, design testing fixture。

□参与实验室设备改造工作Take part in equipment renovation。

学历Educational background:

□本科以上学历，工科类专业Bachelor or above, Engineering Majo

□机械相关专业为佳Mechanical is preferred

经验experience:

□3年以上实验室工作经验At least 3 yea of work experience

□外资制造型公司背景为佳Foreign manufacturing companies is better

知识和专业技能Knowledge and expertise:

□熟悉机械加工工艺Familiar Machining process

□熟悉检测、测量系统Familiar ipection or measuring system

□Minitab熟练计算SPC、MSA Calculate SPC、MSA with Minitab

□熟悉ISO/IEC17025：2005 Familiar with ISO/IEC17025：2005

□了解汽车行业质量管理体系要求Know about quality management system requirements of automotive industry

□熟练使用Office软件Skilled use of Office software
