□根据奥托立夫生产系统要求，优化生产线工艺，优化设备，降低生产成本；

According to APS requirement, involve in continuous improvement process, optimize machine, and reduce the production cost.

□根据生产流程，合理规划或改善生产线布局，提高生产能力；

Rebuild and improve line layout depending on flow chart, improve LMPU.

□负责编制和维护工艺文件，并对生产线人员进行工艺培训，定期根据标准审核生产线；

Prepare detailed process documents, train operato, audit lines according to Autoliv standards.

□维护制造过程中全球过程标准的使用的符合性；如：MPS，GPS, Master PFMEA；

Maintain and verify the process of the use of global process standards compliance.

□参与工程变更项目小组，提供必要的工艺技术支持；

Participate in engineering change projects, provide the necessary technology support.

□定期与新项目工艺工程师进行沟通，熟悉新产品的过程和特性，在项目量产后接手产品和产线。

Regularly communicate with the new project process engineer, familiar with the process of new product and features, take over product and production line after project SOP.

学历：

□本科或以上学历，工业工程或机械类专业为佳

Bachelor degree or above, industrial or mechanical engineering majo is preferred

经验:

□3年以上相关工作经验

At least 3 yea of relevant work experience

□外资制造型公司背景为佳

Foreign manufacturing companies’ background is preferred

知识和专业技能:

□熟悉工业工程方法

Familiar with industrial engineering methods

□熟悉失效模式分析

Familiar with FMEA Failure Mode Analysis Tools

□熟悉精益生产

Familiar with lean production

□熟练使用Office软件

Familiar with Office software

□熟悉FEMA、APQP、PPAP、SPC、MSA相关知识

Familiar with APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA-related knowledge
