岗位职责：work mission

1、根据设计工程师的输入制定测试计划；

define testing plan acc. to input from design engineer ；

2、编制设计验证计划及相关产品动态测试；

edit for NVH and dyno related tests for products ；

3、负责编制测试报告；

Respoible for edittig test report ；

4、评估测试结果并提出设计建议；

Evaluate testing results and give suggestion for design ；

5、测试设备(试验台 测控机 环境舱）日常管理；

Daily management for testing equipment；

6 、5S management to keep all equipments and enviorment in good status

5S管理，确保设备处于良好的状态的环境

7、为客户提供测试支持

Provide test support to customer

8、为质量问题分析提供工程支持

Provide engineering support for analysis of quality issues.

任职资格：Job Requirements (Qualification & Skills)

1、本科以上学历，有一定的英语基础

bachelor degree above, good English basis

2、两年以上汽车相关行业工作经验，有整车行业实验室工作经验优先，如整车台架实验，电机实验，充放电实验、路况模拟实验，熟悉APQP流程

more than 2 working experience in automotive related industry. Vechicle lab working experience is preferred, such as Vehicle bench test, motor experiment, charging and discharging experiment, road simulation.familiar with the APQP process.
