1.Job respoibilities:

- Success to introduce new product or new process into production

- Build up and Optimize BOM and SOP,

- Eure good product quality through optimized process,

- Lead or assist continuous improvement of product quality, efficiency and cost,

- Give technical support and analyze for customer quality complaint.

- Process improvement and innovation

- Analyze and improve customer complaint from technology and process

- Maintain BOM from production process and raise suggestion of reasonable setting

- Process parameter management

- Take charge for leading new product and new process introduction from out site

- Assist internal& external audit

- Take charge for leading new product and new process introduction from out site

- Take Charge for process parameter management

- Take charge for BOM and SOP setting and control

2.Skills and Specificatio:

- Bachelor degree at least. Master is prefer

- At least 5 yea relevant work experience

- Major in engineering in univeity. Industrial automation /mechatronics prefer. Familiar with operation& project, with professional process management knowledge and skills;

- Good analytical, communication, coordination, negotiation and leadehip ability;

- With a high degree see of respoibility ,positive, passionate , can work under stress;

- Good teamwork spirit

- Good communication skill on both Chinese and English

- Good computer skills special in CAD
