岗位职责:

RESPOIBILITY LEVEL: The Validation Engineer does the Functional validation

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPOIBILITIES:

？Plan and implement test plan for products.

？Failure analysis and write reports for OEM customer

？Formulate test pla depend on the design of new or altered.

？Develop validation hardware and software systems for testing of automotive electronic modules.

？Develop hardware including creation and simulation of electrical inputs and outputs for electronic modules under test.

？Develop software focusing on control/analysis/diagnostics of test equipment and electronic modules under test.

？Support, develop, and promote new technology and processes.

？Meet Departmental Cost / Quality / objectives.

任职资格:

QUALIFICATIO:

Academic experience to include:

？Bachelor degree in Electrical Engineering or SW Engineering, or similar

？Master degree is preferred

Professional experience to include:

？Minimum 3 yea in embedded SWYS/VAL development, 3 yea SWYS/VAL development in Automotive Electronics

？Familiar with CALIN, OSEK, vehicle diagnosis.

？Experience in infotainment/connectivity/Cluster or body electronics

Professional competencies to include:

？Effective communication in both written and spoken English

？Analytical and systematical approach

？Good negotiation skills

？Good planning capability

Other Key Ability:

？Automotive Infotainment product validation experience (>3 yea);

？Familiar with one or more main OEM (VW/GM/Ford/Honda...) validation spec.;

？Capability on test Software development (Labview, and Teststand preferred)

？Familiar with CALIN, vehicle diagnosis
