ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPOIBILITIES:

Prepare the Engineering Quality Assurance strategies adapted to the given Customer

Report the quality status in management review for the allocated customer and/or product line

Support and coach the project teams in the tailoring and application of the defined process. Facilitate the adoption of the Software Agile process in the organization

Drive improvements of the Software quality through the objective measurement. Propose action pla to the project team and track them to closure

Perform the process audits agait process definition and project quality assurance strategy for Software, System and PA SW Validation

Assess regularly the completeness and the progress of the Software planning, the Feature Implementation Plan and the defect trend of the project

REQUIRED COMPETENCIES:

Software Development (Embedded Systems)

System Engineering (Requirements & Testing)

Agile Project Management

Process Standards (e.g. SPICE, CMMI)

International Communication skills

Problem Solving Methods (e.g. 8D, 5Why)

Auditing Knowledge

QUALIFICATIO:

Academic experience to include:

Bachelor degree in Electronics Engineering / Software or equivalent;

Professional experience to include:

Minimum 3 year working experience as Software Development Engineer or Software Quality Assurance Engineer in electronics development, or equivalent;

Working experiences in automotive industry is preferred;

Knowledge of CMMIPICE/AGILE

Professional competencies to include:

Good at written and verbal English;

Good inter-peonal communication and negotiation skills
