Main Mission
Marketing and Sales Process
- Manages the preliminary project teams
- Respoible for planning and deploying pre-project documentation
- Eures the coistency and accuracy of quotatio by developing decision-making aids and viability indicato for the quotation process
- Plays an active role in establishing/updating pricing grids
- Eures that bids and coultation documents prepared by hehis Unit conform to the rules enacted by Senior Managerment and tralate the company's expertise as well as cost objectives,in an effort to boost the coompany's competitiveness and control potential risks
- Entrusted with implementing substantial continuous improvement actio(capitalizing on expertise,progress plan,technological developments watch,cmpetitiveness analysis)
- Establishes communication and information initiatives according to individual needs and in accordance with confidentiality itructio defined by the Group
- Respoible for drafting,implementing and updating operating procedures and technical itructio required for the optimum operation of the Unit activities
- May have to undertake a part of the Cost Engineer tasks depending on the project complexity/importance and hehis workload
- Oveees and reports on the compliance with budgets allocated to the preliminary project Unit
- Is repoible for implementing the overall procedures and operaing itructio relevant to Qualtiy、Safety and Environment,within the scope of hehis duties and in compliance with the rules defined by the Group.
