Job Respoibilities:

Coordinating and deepening the working relatiohip between DNAF internal departments, for OEM project;Assisting to develop and implement joint programs with car manufacturer;Assisting to organize internal department to participant business meetings to discuss auto finance issues regularly while preparing and collecting relevant documents;Identifying high-value business opportunities and helping to develop win-win solution for both parties;Providing cotructive recommendation, regarding to the manufacturer’s requirement for business development;Collecting and exchanging the business related information (industry dynamics, company policy, sales plan, marketing activity, DLR status etc.) between people in car manufacturer;Collecting and tramitting weekly and monthly reports (e.g. monthly sales performance report etc.) between both parties;Assisting DNAF headquarte to coordinate and deal with other routine business operation issues related with car manufacturer;Perform other ad-hoc work assigned by the supervisor.

Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or above in a related discipline. Advanced degree preferred;8~10 yea of directly related work experience preferably in the auto or finance industry;In-depth undetanding of automotive captive finance company products, services & operatio, as well as its associated markets; Excellent methodical, tactical, and analysis skills;Strong communication, negotiation & interpeonal skills;Strong ability to lead and motivate a cross-function team;Open, proactive, be able to push the work forward.

岗位职责:

协调并加深主机厂项目在公司内各部门间的协调和沟通；协调并加深主机厂项目在公司内各部门间的协调和沟通；协助开发并执行与厂商之间联合计划/活动；协助组织公司内部门参加业务会议，定期讨论汽车金融相关议题，同时准备并收集相关资料；识别高价值的业务机会并协助开发出双赢的解决方案；就厂商的业务发展的需求提供建设性的建议；负责收集并且与驻主机厂人员交换双方之间的业务相关信息（行业状况、公司政策、销售计划、营销活动、经销商状态等）；负责收集并传送双方每周和每月的报告（比如，月度销售业绩报告等）；协助DNAF总部协调及处理其他与汽车厂商相关的日常业务操作事宜；完成上司交办的其他工作。

任职资格:

本科或以上学历，更高学历者优先考虑；8-10年的直接相关工作经验，汽车厂商或金融行业经验为佳；深度了解汽车金融产品、服务和运营，以及汽车金融相关市场；优秀的策略分析技巧、咨询服务技巧；优秀的沟通、谈判和人际交往能力；指引和激励跨部门小组工作的能力；个性开朗、积极主动、有力推动工作。
