Job respoibility:

Collect, analyze and report monthly and quarterly business data;Conduct internal and external industry market research and benchmarkingIn-depth analysis and excel modeling on internal management information system;Assist in establishing integrated management information system at company level to meet top management’s requirement of monitoring business development regularly;Assist in conducting other requirements of data analysis, value proposition, new business / new business development project research and feasibility analysis;Suggest and improve on methods and data quality management of daily analysis report; support department’s daily work, including business progress update, business information sharing, top management meeting material preparation etc.

Job requirements: Bachelor degree or above in financial, mathematics, statistics analysis, and other related major;8 yea’ relavant working experience, financial industry is preferred;Undetand and familiar with credit products, service and operation; extraordinary business acumen and excellent interpeonal skills, problem solving skills and project management skills;Familiar with MS office software, especially Excel, Visio, and PPT;Excellent Chinese and English written and verbal communication skills;Past experience in Data modeling (e.g. Excel, SAAS) and statistical analysis is preferred;Relevant experience and ability is lower than the requirements, may be coidered a lower level jobs.

岗位职责 进行月度和季度的业务数据的收集、分析和报告进行行业内外的市场调研和对标对内部管理信息系统进行深入分析和excel建模；帮助建立公司层面的综合管理信息系统，以满足公司管理层对业务发展的定期监测需求；协助进行其他要求的数据分析、价值主张，新业务/新商业发展项目的调研和可行性分析等；就日常分析报告数据质量的管理提出建议和改进的方法，对部门的日常工作给予辅助支持，包括业务进展更新，业务信息共享，管理层会议材料准备等。

岗位要求 金融、数学、或数据统计及分析等相关专业本科或以上学历8年以上直接相关的工作经验，如果在金融行业为佳了解和熟悉信贷产品、服务和运营敏锐的商业洞察力卓越的人际关系处理能力、解决问题的能力和项目管理技巧熟练应用各种电脑办公软件，特别是Excel、Visio、和PPT优秀的中文和英文书面和口头交流能力有数据建模（例如Excel, SAAS 等）和统计分析背景者优先考虑相关经验和能力低于要求者，可能被考虑低一级别的职位
