工作职责:
1. 负责电动机的生产
2. 负责生产流程和工艺路线的载体
3. 支持设计部门推出新产品、设计布局、设置生产线
4. 确保产品质量、交货期及控制好成本
5. 改进生产工艺,启动并优化
6. 推动持续改善
7. 实施精益工具
8. 培训/评估/激励操作员实线持续改进
9. 绘制模具图纸
10. 产品质量问题分析并采取措施
11. 维护和更新ISO相关文档,按照国际标准执行程序
主要工作内容:
1. 负责产品的开发、维护和更新
2. 改善和优化生产流程以优化整体制造质量、交期及成本
3. 在收集和评估数据时使用创新的方法来设计或改进设备和模具以优化整体制造质量、交期及成本
4. 通过减少/消除过程中的非增值活动来制定工艺改进建议、缩短周期、降低成本和其他
5. 进行过程能力研究

7. 负责通过工厂FMEA、审核SPC数据,并以SPC数据为基础制定改进行动计划,以获得更好的性能
8. 直接与培训工人在车间从事生产. 编译和编写培训材料并在生产过程中进行培训
9. 具有改善的概念,使用Auto CAD绘制夹具的图纸
10. 夹具/模具的年度预算和月度采购计划,实施月度计划并控制实际支出
Qualificatio (minimum requirements):
-Min. 3 yea manufacturing experience;
-problem solving capability and process knowledge;
-Process improvement and analytical skills required
-High degree of creativity and initiative
- Exellent ability to listen,speak,read and write in English
Job content (purpose of the job)
Key areas of respoibility:
1.Respoible for electric motor production
2.Respoible for Carrier product flow and routings.
3.Work with design team to support new products launch, design layout, set up production line.
4.Eure good performance on quality, delivery and cost
5.Improve production process, initiate and optimize.
6.Drive Kaizen
7.Implement Lean tools
8.Training/Evaluate/Motivate operato to achieve continuous improvement
9.Make drawings of tooling.
10.Products quality issue analysis and take actio
11.Maintain & update ISO related documentation, implement procedures in accordance to ISO.
Main job tasks:
1.Respoible for developing, maintaining and updating product WI.
2.Improve and optimize production process to optimize overall manufacturing quality, delivery and costs.
3.Use innovative approaches in collecting and evaluating data to design or improve fixtures and tooling to improve overall manufacturing safety, quality, delivery, and cost.
4.Develop proposals for process improvement, cycle time reduction, cost reduction and other activities by reducing/eliminating non-value-added activities in processes.
5.Evaluate feasibility of different approaches to resolve problems.
6.Conduct process capability studies.
7.Respoible for FMEA through the factory, Review SPC data and base on the SPC data to develop improvement action plan to get a better performance.
8.Direct and train worke engaged in production on factory floor. Compile and write training material and conduct training sessio on production processes.
9.Have the kaizen concept and using Auto CAD to make the drawings for fixtures.
10.Draft annual budget and monthly procurement plan on fixture/tooling and implement the monthly plan and actual expending control
