Job Respoibilities

·Coordinate with related departments, discuss and design new product framework to meet the market requirement, and cooperate with IS department to complete business requirement

·Assist in new product pricing and organize user acceptance test (UAT)

·Prepare new product promotion materials and conduct new product training and promotion

·Re-check current products, verify product loss ratio, profitability ratio and re-set the price

·Trace sales and promotion result of product by data analysis , conduct product promotion result evaluation and check market changeable needs

·Collect and sort out industry information, timely grasp competito’ product status, and complete auto finance product research report

·Cooperate with other departments in making market survey periodically, and provide product design and pricing related data

Qualificatio

·Bachelor degree or above from a reputable univeity of engineering or science

·6+yea or above of product development and analysis related experience

·Good organizing and planning skills, logic thinking, and excellent communication and presentation skills

·High see of respoibility with team work spirit and strong willingness of cooperation

·Good PPT skills with ability to clearly express ideas in a reader-friendly way, database knowledge, or Excel spreadsheet

·Fluent in both oral and written English

A candidate with following experience will be preferred:

With auto finance, banking credit or accounting related work experience;

With over 2 yea of product development or promotion support experience at banking, iurance, fund, securities or asset management company

主要职责：

·协调各有关部门讨论、设计新产品框架，完成系统开发用户设计文档

·完成新产品的定价，并组织用户接收测试（UAT）

·准备新产品上市推广资料，协助进行新产品的培训与推广

·根据需要，对现有产品审核，验证产品的损失率，利润率并更新定价

·通过数据分析追踪产品的销售情况，评估产品推广活动效果及了解市场需求变动

·收集整理同业的产品信息，随时掌握同业及竞争对手的产品情况，完成相关研究分析报告

·与公司其他部门合作，定期举行市场调研工作，提供产品设计及定价所需的信息

岗位要求：

·重点院校理工科本科及以上学历

·6年以上产品开发或分析经验

·拥有良好的计划组织能力, 较强的逻辑思维及沟通、表达能力

·富有责任感、团队精神和沟通能力，乐于配合和协作他人共同完成工作

·较好的PPT编写能力，结构及意图表达清晰、易于理解；具有数据库或编写复杂的Excel spreadsheet能力

·英文读写流利

有以下经验者优先

·有汽车金融，银行信贷或会计经验者

·具有2年以上银行，保险，基金、证券、资产管理公司等投资管理机构产品设计或推广支持经验
