Summary: the incumbent is respoible for loan operation and administration in retail finance area.
Job Respoibilities:
· Following up post-lending business applicatio of individual custome, e.g., bank account authorization, early termination, contract restructuring, iurance claim and contract settlement;
· Awering the 400 customer service hotline and handling client complaints;
· Preparing periodic reports to management and local authorities before deadlines and assist in preparing data, statistics and other information for ad hoc projects as requested from time to time;
· Following up custome to provide necessary documentatio and making sure they are fully complied with the Company’s standard;
· Executing the loan commitment and loan in the system;
· Maintaining and updating the information in the system;
Job Requirements:
· Univeity undergraduate with a major in Finance related field preferred;
· General knowledge in Credit, Trade Service and Customer Account;
· Good see of customer service with good presentation skills;
· Strong interpeonal skill & communication skills and can work under pressure;
· Fluent in English and Mandarin (both written and spoken);
· Strong computer literacy.

· 大学本科学历,金融相关专业优先;
· 有对信贷,贸易服务及客户专案方面的基本知识;
· 良好地客户服务意识和表达(演讲)能力;
· 优秀的人际交往能力和沟通能力,能适应在压力下工作;
· 中英文熟练(包括口语能力和写作能力);有较强的计算机及计算机软件知识和技能。
