Job Description:

01) being proficient in all regular QA/QC testing and actively amenable to contingent pla on an as-needed basis;

02) interface with engineering team to deploy appropriate testing on product safety, reliability and regulatory compliance;

03) respoible for extending QA/QC testing capability and/or interacting with 3rd party labs on an as-needed basis;

04) obligating to streamline and optimize QC workflow, improve analytical productivity, and drive multiple priorities;

05) assisting with quality manager(s) to assure the success of process/product validatio on an as-needed basis;

06) owning the processes in relation to introduction, calibration and maintenance of analytical devices and tools;

07) root cause analysis and implementation of corrective actio for any breakdown throughout lab analytical processes;

08) ability to adapt national/industrial/international standards to internal testing methods and setup appropriate testing rigs;

09) providing leadehip and surveillance in lab 7S management and implementation of pertinent industrial practicestandards;

10) teamwork to interact with supplie and/or custome to troubleshoot process/product failures on an as-needed basis;

11) accountable for continual improvement of gauge repeatability & reproducibility throughout all QA/QC activities;

12) engagement of other initiatives outlined in quality management systems including but not limited to internal audits;

13) planning and/or providing training programs to promote common awareness on analytical assurance and reliability;

14) take the lead in identification of open opportunities for improvement on analytical assurance and reliability;

Qualification Criteria:

01) bachelor or higher degree in chemistry or engineering of chemical, mechanical, environmental and material;

02) hands-on experience in laboratory quality assurance under ISO 9001 and/or equivalent international standards;

03) careful, quick-minded, seitive to analytical dataset, ability to work in cross-functional, global team environment;

04) fluent in oral and written English, excellent interpeonal communication and interaction skills;

05) focus on details with high see of respoibility, result oriented and proactive attitude;

06) ability to read engineering drawings and drinking water related technical specificatio;

07) passion for excellence in high integrity, commitment to continuous quality improvement;

08) technical working experience in accredited 3rd party testing labs preferred;

09) competency of certified internal and/or external audito in quality preferred;

10) technical background of plastic parts injection molding would be a plus;

11) knowledge and experience in drinking water treatment units ipection be a plus;

12) creative ability of troubleshooting and root cause analysis and reporting skills;

13) demotrated ability to deploy proper quality statistic tools (software);

14) amenable, self-motivated and tenacious to cope with stress and frustration;
