Respoibilities:

1Develop project pla including scope, deliverables, timeline, risks, key success facto and budget. Identify the appropriate resources needed and develop project schedule and critical path to eure on-time completion of projects.

2Drive projects to completion with a command of deliverables and availability of resources, by mitigating risk and managing tradeoffs.

3Establish and maintain current best practices for project management (e.g. structure, tools, planning approaches, etc.)

4Coordinate multiple concurrent activities amongst many groups and provide clear plan of dependencies and milestones across various projects.

5Track and communicate project status to all stakeholde.

6Work closely with Product Manager, engineering, R&D, and other staff to eure efficient and timely project deliverables to custome.

7Actively manage customer requirements and concer.

8Facilitate meetings to create alignment, and to eure effective communication and accountability.

9Monitor project budget. Drive resourcing decisio to achieve commitments.

10Following project completion, conduct cotructive lesso-learned analysis with Marketing, Product Development, R&D and Operatio focused on process improvement.

Qualificatio & Requirements

1Demotrated experience managing interdisciplinary development teams.

2Exceptional expertise in facilitating teams and building coeus across divee groups

3Bachelo or Maste degree in a related field.

4Experience in a research environment or related industry required

5PMP certification a plus.

6A minimum of 8 or more yea of combined product development/project management experience. Project management in technical product applicatio or complex coumer goods highly desired.

7Experience working with “gated” structured development processes (??)

8Outstanding communicatio skills; both written and verbal.

9Proficiency with MS Office, Project and Visio.

10Demotrable track record of project completion in multi-market environment.

11Strong Technical background and aptitude (chemistry, biology, engineering)
