职位描述:
Main respoibilities 工作职责
1. Work with distributor to meet business target
协助所负责区域内代理商完成业务目标;
2. Manage distributor & network & evaluate it
管理代理商渠道及网络,并进行相关评估
3. Develop new market and provide coultant service to distributor
开发新市场及代理商,给代理商提供相关市场开发咨询服务;
4. Liaise with key accounts in your assigned area
负责所负责区域内大客户开发;
5. Identify new business opportunities
发现及跟踪新的业务机会;
6. Design marketing promotion plan to boost sales
制定市场促销计划,推进业务发展;
Requirements 任职要求
Mature and independent
成熟稳重,能独立完成分配的工作;
1. Univeity mechanical engineering degree, with sales experience.
大学学历,工科类专业,具备销售经验
2. Good at English and presentation
良好的英文听说读写能力,良好的演讲技巧
3. Strong at negotiation communication and negotiation skill
较强的谈判沟通能力及技巧
4. Team spirits and work under pressure
具备良好的团队合作意识,抗压能力强
