Respoibilities:
1. Work with distributo to achieve sales target in terms of volume, gross margin and unit gross margin,
2. Develop sales activities in the respoible area by respecting the company strategies, product mix, sales guidelines
3. Manage and develop distributo, provide coultant service to distributo
4. Seek new business opportunities and develop new key accounts in respoible area
5. Promote the marketing tools, new products, communicate the latest policies with distributo
6. Co-visit local custome with distributo to undetand the market, eure to help them to develop those key custome
7. Assist distributo on sales force recruitment and build sales team, give technical and selling skills trainings to enhance their professionalism
8. Make accurate sales forecast in time for the safe of on time delivery and customer satisfaction, according to distributo and custome’ needs
9. Complete sales reports and submit on time
QualificatioExperience required:
- Univeity degree, major in chemical, machinery engineering will be preferred
- At least 3 yea working experience in sales and distributo management
- Hard working, good interpeonal skills
- Smart, and good communication ability, strong negotiation skills
- FMCG is preferred
-Good at English and presentation
- Willingness to work under pressure and undertake business travel
