Main Job Respoibilities:

. Activity for new project launch ,support PM to eure each delivery for customer.

.Prepare PPAP documentation, and get its approval

. Create, improve and release quality docuemt in each stage(include control plan,quality control sheet,WI etc);

. Involve in the DFMEA and PFMEA creation & design review

. Coordinate and get the customer approval of the DV and PV testing.

. Organize the project core team to optimize product fullfil the specification.

. Determine measurement & gauge concept .Respoe for new project Measuring Plan and approval by customer.

. Submit IMDS and get approval

. Analyze the process capability and the measurement system.

. Periodic summary the quality report and create measurement report .

.Support customer on site audit. Support customer vehicle assembly and issue tracking.

.Respoe customer compliant for new project stage.

.Activity for new project quotation. Prepare quality commitment with customer.

Job Requirments：

.Minimum technical associate degree;mechanical is preferred.

.Min 5 yea experience with quality control in automotive industry; Advance quality develepment field is preferred.

.Familiar with PPAP, FMEA and SPC; Basic APQP and MSA knowledge are required.

.Familiar with analysis method in problem solving for product and process

.Familiar with OEMs requirement, Ford/GM/VOLVO/VW etc. is preferred

.Good oral English

.Good communication skills
