Manages and coordinates implementation for new and existing custome. Provides focused service for Individual and Group policies. Develop and maintain interpeonal relatiohips with external and internal custome.

Provide prompt, efficient data capture, prepare the required documentation, and member material to our membe and Plan Spoo.
Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements:
Eure timely and accurate processing of new business, renewals and mid-term adjustments.
Perform quality control checks on processed policies.
Maintain accurate customer records according to department policies
Establishes and maintai strong, collaborative relatiohips with clients, Broke and other Aetna departments.
Communicates effectively and timely to internal and external cotituents
Has proficiency of Aetna systems and is able to assimilate and tralate relevant information on products and policies.
Adhere to Best Practice Process, Service Standards and all relevant statutory or regulatory requirements.
Maintai Case tracking tools to meet cotituents and business goals.
Eures that legislation and compliance has been properly adhered to with regard to Plan Spoor and/or member activity (FSA TCF and market specific requirements)
Research, respond and provide alternatives to inquiries from internal and external cotituents to meet expectatio
Eure that products and services are aligned with customer’s requirements and commitments are met
Background/Experience Desired:
2 yea industry experience in a customer service/administrative role.
Educational Requirements:
Secondary School Graduate
Univeity/college degree preferable or equivalent work experience
