职位描述:
1. Closely work with Finance department to prepare monthly payroll application and salary booking for local and expatriates;
2. Maintaining and updating HR System and all employee information ;
3. Assisting in the development of the HR policy and procedure;
4. Maintaining confidentially concerning peonnel actio, legal actio, termination and non-renewal documents, and organizational pla;
5. Conducting the administration of compeation and benefits in terms of pay policy and system design;
6. Perform annual tax filing for all employees;
7. Provide timely payroll information and monitor on the process, question and awer, statement and salary slips;
8. Conduct annual merit increase and perform operation task;
9. Conduct annual bonus operation and payout;
10. Respoible for a well-kept database of historical information for needs of data processing and analysis;Assist in daily operational matte as per request.
