To manage Aetna’s sales, service, and retention efforts for global products in an assigned region to achieve profitable growth and earnings targets. To manage operational goals and maximize efficiencies.

Supports the development of strong relatiohips directly with custome and internal business partne that lead to the achievement of customer satisfaction, profitable growth and earnings targets.
Fundamental Components & Physical Requirements:

?Develops a mutually rewarding working relatiohip with various client contacts by providing excellent customer service which results in customemember satisfaction, renewal of case and retention of customer or member
?Communicates with middle management levels (Directo, Manage, Vice Presidents) within an organization and packages Aetna’s message to effectively engage the client
?Integrates technologies to optimize customer interactio and maximize efficiencies
?Develops and executes a business strategy that is aligned with customer’s and Aetna’s objectives including profitable revenue, membehip growth and budget management
?Monito on an on-going basis client’s product lines and services to eure client’s needs are met. Seeks to optimize customer interaction and provides recommendatio based on client’s needs
?Collaborates with account team membe on more complex issues to eure client’s needs are met from a productervice pepective
?Follows through on outstanding issues to the point of resolution
?Collaborates with team membe on case itallation to manage the integration of client’s and Aetna’s internal organizatio, euring a smooth itallation
?Develops strong relatiohips directly with custome, coultants and internal business partne
?Supports the customer’s overall profitability objectives and helps with the financial management objectives
?Mento account service representatives
?To take respoibility to always actively treat custome fairly (TCF) and support/ drive any TCF initiative
Background/Experience Desired:
?5 yea industry or customer service experience
?Fluent in written & spoken English
?Excellent communication and interpeonal skills
?Knowledge of the PRC & international medical iurance market and core competitive set
Educational Requirements:
?Bachelor degree or equivalent experience
?Liceure as required by local authority
