职位描述:
Key roles and respoibilities of the Assistant Accountant of Shenzhen are:
I.Assist Line Manager to provide efficient and effective execution of the day-to-day accounting operatio of Shenzhen;
II.Provide routine reports by the deadline (Including AR collection, aging comment, tax related reports etc.);
III.Handle regular tax issues and assist Line Manager to solve the tax problem if any;
IV.To coordinate and assist Central AAP team in the day-to-day account receivables and payables functio;
V.Handle daily bank issues. To eure strictly control of on hand cash;
VI.Deal file review;
VII.To eure smooth communication, responding and coordinating with business as well as clients and vendo;
VIII.Be familiar with company policies and provide guidelines to business;
IX.Assist annual internal and external audit work;
X.Respoible for the financial document filing and record; (Such as contract, deal file, supporting documents etc.)
XI.Monitor and coordinate major Shenzhen office Adm. events and other issues (Such as Annual Dinner, etc.);
XII.Other at hot duties allocated by Line Manager.
REQUIREMENTS
?Bachelor degree in Accounting and Finance. Over 2 yea accounting relative working experiences.
?Good Excel skills and communication;
?Good experiences in VAT tax declaration and deal with tax specialist;
?Work independently. Must be organized and methodical in your approach to work, and be able to deliver high-quality work under pressure.
