Respoibilities:

1)Carry out Simultaneous Engineering activities using Catia and Auto CAD.

2)Perform analysis and design for Body Welding Shop layout using Auto CAD.

3)Develop welding assembly process and analyze cycle time (Takt time).

4)Develop and review concept drawings for welding jig fixtures and checking fixtures.

5)Analyze fixture and equipment costs.

6)Perform welding quality analysis.

7)Carry out required quality improvement measures.

8)Manage line itallatio for off-shore and on-shore activities.

9)Manage new body welding development and carry out required training.

10)Involvement with supplier development systems (APQP/PPAP).

Requirements:

1)Significant previous experience in Body Shop engineering for automotive sector.

2)Mastery of quality requirements.

3)Experience in leading project teams for new product launch in Automotive Industry.

4)Thorough knowledge of the development process and all related activities.

5)Expertise in project management methodology.

6)Willingness to travel.

7)Integrity, enthusiasm and team-spirit.

Skills:

1)English speaking, reading and writing capabilities.

2)Good communication skills.

3)Excellent MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Project) skills.

4)Catia and Auto CAD proficiency.

Education: Bachelor degree from related disciplines

Experience: Prefer candidates with more than 7 yea' experience within an automotive OEM company in related activities. Previous oveeas project assignments are viewed as a plus.
