Principal Accountabilities:

1、Actively participate in customer / supplier benchmark programs such as Honda CAN (continuous improvement network), Host

(training), Lean Network, etc.

2、Develop and maintain suggestion system, 5S program, and other continuous improvement employee engagement systems.

3、Educates employees in lean concepts and techniques.

4、Leads the way in engaging in continuous improvement efforts such as kaizen events, suggestio, quality circles, etc.

5、Supports the implementation of lean manufacturing systems coistent with the GHSP Production System.

6、Supports Continuous Improvement.

7、Participates as a member of the GHSP Team.

8、Performs other duties as necessary in support of business objectives.

EducatioExperience:

1、Bachelo.

2、3-5 yea with at least 3 yea' continous improving experience is required.

3、3-5 yea Lean Manufacturing environment, preferably automotive related

4、Good commanding of English both on written and oral.
