1. Develops and manages team to meet business objectives.

2. Manages productivity of all direct reports, and recommends resources necessary to address new opportunities and realities. Develops and implements Suppler Development policies, procedures, and practices in support of company and customer standards.

3. Leads and facilitates efforts in support of world-class practices utilizing lean manufacturing principles. Performs work in a manner coistent with the long-term strategies, and the company and customer standards. Sets future direction for departmental needs based on GHSP's supply chain needs.

4. Creates measurements, controls and indicato to guide improvement in key metrics while meeting corporate standards. Controls monitor performance in line procedures and MBO’s. Thoroughly undetands customer requirements, expectatio, and contracts.

5. Establishes/revises, communicates and maintai GHSP quality and service expectatio with our supply base. Monito and directs performance to established standards through tools such as the PTR database and supplier rating programs.

6. Acts as lead team member in the evaluation of Supplier business systems and evaluation for their acceptance in the GHSP approved Supplier list. Works with the Supplier to increase their undetanding and ability to improve product and process capabilities.

7. Leads the efforts to resolve Supplier-related quality, delivery or service issues.

8. Leads Supplier improvement and development activities in line with Departmental standards and objectives. Manages developmental and training activities with Supplie.

9. Manages Supplier PPAPs and Advanced Product Quality Planning (APQP) process.

10. Reviews and evaluates Supplier systems/controls pla.

岗位要求：

1. BA or BS in Engineering, Product APQP Development or Quality Control Management or a Technical discipline or equivalent experience.（本科及以上机械相关工科专业）

2.7yea’ experience of product development / quality control / quality assurance function including 2~3 yea‘ management experience is a preference.（7年以上供应商开发和品质管理相关经验，具备管理岗位的工作经验优先考虑）

3. Experience with APQP, PPAP is required.（深入了解并掌握APQP和PPAP）

4. Experience with SPC, Metrology, Blueprints, and Control Pla is preferred.

5. Experience in tier 1 automotive environment is required. （要求汽车行业）

6. 必须具备塑料件和外观件的制程开发经验.

7. 能适应出差.
