工作职责：

1）Develop operation audit work program

2）SOX compliance and coordinate with external auditor

3）Resolve issues with other department

任职资格：

1）Strong written skills, both in English and Chinese.

2）At least 2 yea of experience from external andor internal auditing (Big 4, US-listed company experience preferred)

3）Must be willing to roll up the sleeves and get the job done

4）Must possess the desire and aptitude to undetand the business

5）Bachelor in Accounting (CPA andor CIA preferred)
