Job description:
The Beijing Branch Manager will work directly under the China Country Manager and VP of Asia Pacific Region to manage all business affai related to the management of the business in Beijing and surrounding areas. The Branch Manager must be a dynamic leader and will be the peon to manage a team including: Sales and Marketing, Operatio, Customer Service, Administration and Finance.
Areas of respoibility:
- Promote and nurture GRM's core values and culture among your team membe
- Location Budget, expees and forecasting
- Eure GRM Chengdu business objectives and corporate performance expectatio are met or exceeded
- Customer Service to Key Clients and meetings
- Keep Country Manager informed of issues requiring his or her attention.
- Lead Communication between Chengdu and other GRM locatio and foster business development for multiple locatio
- Share information, ideas and strategies with other location manage to foster the growth of the business throughout the region.
- Lead communication between the Sales, Customer Service and Operatio teams to foster superior customer service
- Final approval for all new employees
- Eure that proper training is being delivered to staff at all levels
- Manage all working schedules including scheduling of vacation, national holidays and daily working times
- Manage and train key peonnel
- Lead Weekly manage Meeting in Beijing
- Weekly and monthly management reporting
- Goal setting, long and short range
- Financial Management
- Facilities Management
- Work with VP of Business Development to manage Sales

Qualificatio:
Minimum of 3+ yea of experience in a similar industry such as Logistics, Moving, Relocation, Facilities Management, freight forwarding, Data Center Management
Univeity Degree preferred, but not a must if the peon has sufficient business experience.

Fluent Spoken English and strong Chinese language skills are a bonus. Written Chinese ability is a major plus and strong asset

Minimum 1 year experience living in Beijing and familiar with the layout of Beijing, central business districts and arterial traportation.
