Job Description

l Lead the IPO project and overview the group restructuring process and global tax planning status

l Perform due diligence on oveea M&A projects and follow up on post-acquisition integration issues

l Perform the monthly, quarterly and yearly review of management accounts and regular review of business unit performance and monitor expenditures ,

l Perform review of financial statements prepared in both IF and Singapore GAAP which is intended for statutory filing purpose

l Affiliation with external audito to co-ordinate the quarterly and year end auditing and discuss auditing finding for improvement

l Frequently travel to USA, Singapore and Europe to provide coaching to local accounting staffs on reporting package required by group company

l Maintain good relatiohip with PE and potential investo

l Plan and conduct regular operational and financial audits

l Update and formalize of standard operating procedures

l Identify and improve accounting and operation process deficiencies, then make suggestio to management for improvements.

l Provide professional financial advice to the top management.

Requirements

l Bachelor degree in accounting and finance, MBA and ACCA/CGA/AICPA preferred

l With more than 10 yea working experience in accounting, at least 3 yea in a senior role

l Some audit experience is preferred, but not necessary

l With working or studying oveeas experience are essential

l Be able to travel and stay oveeas for a short time period

l Fluent in English e.g.IELTS 7 or better
