Respoibilities:

1.Respoible for the new product and new process design & development of new ceramic chip fuse products based on Green Tape platform.

2.Perform fuse electrical and reliability testing, applicatiofunctional evaluation based on customer request & new materials evaluatioqualification and competitive analysis.

3.Communicate with international safety agencies (UL, CQC, TUV, VDE) to get the test requirements/plan & make samples for the application of product approvals.

4.Work together with engineering, quality assurance and manufacturing team during the development process to get the new products released with good quality, yield, process capability…

5.Hold design review meetings and control the formal release of product desig, and report to Management on status of projects at regularly scheduled meetings, providing necessary data for management decisio.

Requirements:

At least MS in Material Science or related fields, Ceramic material and Ph.D preferred.

1.At least 10-12 yea MLCC/LTCC related new product development work experience.

2.Broad knowledge at MLCC/LTCC material system, including the ceramic, inneouter electrode and iulator glass materials, undetand how these materials composition affect the product performance.

3.Broad knowledge at MLCC/LTCC whole process and manufacturing machines, especially film casting, screen printing and sintering process and machines, undetand how the process paramete affect the product performance.

4.Creative mindset to find new design-concepts, excellent fault finding diagnosis and failure analysis.

5.Strong project management skills - capable to carry out and manage multiple project activities on schedule and maintain a quality report file for each new project, good at schedule/risk/quality management.

6.Fluent in both Mandarin and English.

7.Good interpeonal and communication skills.
