Job description:

1. Supplier quality monitor and production line abnormal solving,charge back follow up

2. 8D report management, tracking, verify in time

3. Supplier CIP implement and monitor Quality Improvement Plan with supplie to achieve 100% solving.

4. Supplier performance evaluation and audit(VDA6). CIP Meeting with top 3 wot supplier，lead the supplie' continuous improvement.

5. Join project job APQP, support purchasing & PUQ colleague sourcing new supplier & component.

6. Make in-coming ipect work ipection, traning ipecto

7. Other jobs arranged by supervisor or department manager.

Professional requirements (knowledges):

1) Bachelor Degree or above in Automotive/casting/Material/Mechanical Engineering

2) Familiar with Auto. quality system, good knowledge of TS 5 tooling, basic on poka-yoke, TPS, etc.

3) Minimum of 3 supplier quality experience in auto components, good knowledge of component developing, project/quality management,

4) Fluent communication in English, and MS-office software /
