As the Senior Traition Sourcing Manager at UBS Shanghai, this is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in driving change in an area which is currently undergoing significant traformation. The Group Sourcing Traition Centre of Excellence is part of the Global Sourcing and Strategy organization and is respoible for defining and managing the implementation of major offshoring and outsourcing initiatives. You will play a key part of the development, planning and execution of the Offshoring & Outsourcing objectives with business partne.

The role requires elements of project management discipline, co-ordination, client interaction and broad alignment with enabling functio within the Business Solution Center and relevant UBS teams.

Key tasks will include but not limited to the following : -Provide SME input in the creation of Group's business outsourcing and offshoring pipelinesWorking with business functional leads to support the execution and implementation of project pla to traition business processes offshoreLeading outsourcing traitio across multiple waves managing both vendor and internal staff through successful traitioProviding clear, concise and accurate senior management updates Euring compliance with UBS Operational Risk requirements throughout the project lifecycleEuring that best practices are leveraged across the teams and that vendor performance is closely monitored and issues dealt with within the stream or escalated to senior managementEuring overall project tracking, planning, coordination and status reporting to the various stakeholde (including Senior Management) using effective communication channels.

· Supporting relatiohip building and communicatio within UBS global sourcing team.

· Assisting in formulation of the vendor management program with proper project governance (both Traition and Steady State projects), risk management, vendor /contract management, deliverables tracking and financial management across multiple work streams (Operatio , IT etc.)

· To interface with 3rd party supplie, involving agreement, planning, timelines and quality of deliverables.

Candidate Requirements & Key Criteria Important for this Role

· Minimum 7 yea of Project Management and/or Management Coulting experience

· Univeity degree is required

· Sound knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite ( Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)

· Proven experience in implementing/coordinating change projects/programmes

· Strong analytical skills and attention to detail

· Working undetanding of business process traition management will be an asset.
