Position Purpose & Objectives:

？Manage Supplier Qualification

？Manage resource in new product development (only when it is necessary).

？Manage Production Assurance (Pre-shipment IpectioProcess audit) and Problem Solving (CAP)

？Manage internal customer complaint and warranty follow up

？Lead continues improvement internally (GSMA) and externally (supplier side)

？Lead engineering issue follow up

Major Tasks and Level Accountability:

？Include all respoibilitieskills of SQE but working as supervisor, hehe should define % of time focusing on the respoibilities of supervisor with Regional Quality Manager.

？Conduct Technical Assessment to supplier as optional requirement for supplier selection. (TBD)

·Manage on SQAA/CAPA includes:

1.Training SQE

2.Collect and review audit report in order to provide necessary coach to certified auditor

3.Develop annual audit plan for his/her team and review with auditor to reach regional annual goal.

4.Conduct routine calibration to his/her team

5.Maintain report into audit database

·Pre-Shipment Ipection in his team that includes:

1.Collect/review ipection report in order to provide necessary coach

2.Audit/review the monthly report to eure the data accuracy

·Allocate and best utilize his team resources include:

1.Propose skip lot plan for pre-shipment ipection and proved by quality manager

2.Focus team resource to top quality issuesupplie

3.Delicate the right skill quality staff on quality issue or ask support from quality manager if lack of talent

4.Provide time spent analysis

·Manage problem solving to lead best practice in his/her team and develop/improve team skill includes:

1.Root cause analysis

2.Preventive action plan development

3.LEAN

4.6 Sigma

5.Training platracking

·Provide supplier training, includes:

1.GR&R

2.CPK

3.REA (Request Engineering Action) Process

4.SPC

5.Doc maintaicontrol for Production Approval (Quality BookQA-015/PQP/PPAP)

6.Co-work with LEAN engineer on LEAN manufacturing to his/her team

Qualificatio-Knowledge and Skills:

1.Strong Technical Engineering background in production

2.Familiar with common international certification (ISO9000, QS9000, TS16949, SA8000).

3.Require Audit Skill to conduct SQA and SA to the supplier side

4.Be able to Microsoft Office (EXCEL, WORD, OUTLOOK)

5.Influent English

6.Problem Solving Skill (PDCA, 5W, 8D, DMAIC, LEAN)

7.Project Management

8.Ability of using SAP, MinTab

Education or Experience

1.Univeity/college in Mechanical Engineering related

2.+ 5 year working experience in quality control function

3. Die casting preferred
