职位描述:
1. Set up Harninessing Strategy according to Company Business Development Plan;
2. Participate Budget Planning , review and analyze atucal budget allocation;
3. Trafer Harnessing related information from Headquarte;
4. Harnessing Levels and Business Models Management;
5. In charge of the core technology and organizational development;
6. Implementation of major technical decisio and technical solutio;
7. Conduct internal aduit to make sure all process are follow up the requirement of ISO9001;
8. Monitor supplier sourcing, purchasing, inventory management and quotation process.
9. Coaching production plannning, production capcitiy, product quality;
10. Host the required equipment selection, trial production, improvement of the new product project;
11. Formulate training plan, organize technical/productioquality relate training to harnessing staff;
12. Optimize on-site operation and meet the request of on time delivery;
13. Support commerical team to visit key custome, introduce harnessing business;
14. Organize Harnessing related serminar to potential custome;
15. Identify the Price Agreement and Service Agreement with key cutome.
16. Review and monitor performance periodically for Harnessing Sales Manager.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree or above in Mechanical Engineering and Automation or related field;
2. Good knowledge of cables, cable accessories and connectio, etc.
3. At least 10 yea experience of harnessing management;
4. Good command of computer, especially in MS-office, Auto CAD, Pro/E ;
5. Fluent English in oral and written;
6. Strong communication skill and capability of solving problems ;
7. Coaching and development skills.
