工作职责:

1、接受询价请求(RFQ)后，根据客户要求纳期的优先顺位来展开各项成本的调查工作。

2、依据SAP系统的既存相关数据准备需报价项目（Project）的成本资料。

3、作成报价标准计算表提交上级确认。

4、负责向各模具供应商及外购零件商的询价。

5、收到模具报价单后，作成模具批准资料。

6、为确保SAP系统的成本数据的准确，当发现有问题的物料需通知相关同事重新计算SAP的成本。

专业知识和技能:

1、SAP的PP（planning production）模块与成本计算模块需有一定程度的了解并有实操经验。

2、熟悉生产工艺的流程及模具构造。

3、具备与各部门之间良好沟通能力。

4、销售报价的相关基本知识。

5、大专以上学历,具有机械制造和工艺工程相关背景

6、3年以上生产部工作经验，并有SAP操作经验。

7、英语六级以上, 英语听说读写熟练,

Specific duties and respoibilities：

1, After recevied request for quotation (RFQ), start to investigate cost information according to lead time priority

2, Based on SAP existing data to prepare cost information for the project.

3, Prepare the standard calculation sheet and get superio confirmed.

4, Respoible for inquiry of tooling and purchased parts from supplie.

5, Upon receipt of mold quotatio, prepare approval sheet.

6, Eure accurate cost data in the SAP system, when there is a problem of material need to inform the peon in charge of costing to recalculate SAP costs.

Specialized knowledge and skills：

1. Bachelor degree

2. More than 3 yea production department experience, familiar with SAP

3. Familiar with SAP PP module(planning production) and costing

4. Familiar with the production process and tooling/molds structure

5. Good comunication ability with different department

6. Basic knowage of quotation
