职位描述:
1. Coordinate and execute scheduling activities using SAP
2. Eure that the workshop has the necessary materials to meet required manufacturing / production levels
3. Coordinate input on material shortages and delivery of materials
4. Provide effective scheduling and implementation of all programs based on the Master Schedule, cycle time, shop capacity, and status to schedules
5. Monitor supply and demand misalignment with manufacturing sources to implements corrective action pla
6. Coordinate the efforts of cross functional groups and across shifts to resolve bottlenecks, parts shortages, machine maintenance, manpower issues, and workshop capacity
7. Work with workshop management to develop delivery commitments
8. Interface with engineering, purchasing, program management, operatio as required
9. Analyze data to determine opportunities to decrease inventory, improve customer service levels and reduce total costs
