职位描述:
GENERAL STATEMENT OF RESPOIBILITIES:
?Manage all current commercial activities with assigned OEM custome
?Develop and manage distribution channel in aftermarket
?Achieve targets of profitable growth
-Capture new profit enhancement opportunities
-Proactively identify new engine programs and service opportunities
?Gather and analyze market intelligence of power cylinder system
?Coordinate with all internal functio (engineering, operation, quality, etc) and FM management to achieve optimal financial results
?Maintain and grow customer relatiohips, and protect a high level of customer satisfaction.
?Prepare, design, deliver and present sales presentation and commercial proposals to client stakeholde. Effectively influence customer decision in favor of FM interest.
JOB REQUIREMENTS:
?Bachelo degree in engineering or commercial
?Minimum 5 year experience with global automotive organization, powertrain system preferred
?Chinese Heavy Duty OEM customer experience required
?Ambitious and result oriented self starter with initiative and strong drive
?Ability to work independently, and willing to travel upon business requirements
?Strong analytic capability and customer communication skills
?Ability to evaluate the business issues and prioritize activities
?Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
?Excellent interpeonal skills
?Excellent written and verbal communicatio skills.
?Fluent in English and Chinese
